Yabo Brothers Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides the following limited warranty for Yabao Brothers Technology Co., Ltd. 's products (hereinafter referred to as the "products"):
Who is covered by this warranty?
This limited warranty is not transferable to the first owner of the product.
The limited warranty only applies to defects discovered during the applicable warranty period
Under what circumstances can I enjoy the warranty?
The Company guarantees that under normal use and service conditions, the products ("Products") within the warranty period provided by the product manufacturer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
If a product or warranty component becomes defective during the applicable limited warranty period, the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy shall be to require the Company, at its option and at its option, to replace or repair the defective or malfunctioning product or component with an identical or Similar models. Any replaced or repaired component shall be warranted for the length of the original limited warranty period or 14 days after receipt of the merchandise, whichever is longer, or for any additional period required by applicable law.
What situations are not covered by the warranty?
Products beyond the twelve (12) month warranty. Products that are believed or that the Company has good reason to believe are stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers. Products purchased or used outside Taiwan, or products that lack serial numbers. Check products without order information. Products that are lost or visibly damaged during transportation by the logistics company. Man-made damage, equipment failure caused by normal wear and tear, improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, installation, or forced use of the product beyond normal use. Damage or equipment failure caused by the use of parts or accessories from third parties, or the use of parts or accessories not sold by the Company or used in accordance with the Company's manuals or instructions. Attempts to repair the product before contacting the Company will void this limited warranty. Electrical wiring, power reduction, power fluctuations, or damage caused by accident, abuse, improper or abnormal use, neglect, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freeze or other natural disaster or any type of act of God, power reduction, power fluctuations, or damage caused by any reason Damage or equipment failure caused by power failure, unusual atmospheric conditions, collision, intrusion of foreign objects, or unauthorized or non-Company recommended modifications. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Products; for any economic loss, property damage, loss of income or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or costs of removal or installation related damages; or other consequential damages of any nature. The Company does not provide monetary or other compensation for the cost of such repair or replacement parts, including, but not limited to, lost work time, cost of replacement equipment, diagnostic visits, maintenance visits, or transportation. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from country to country.

How to obtain warranty service?
Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
To obtain service under this limited warranty, you must provide the Company with your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, when you discover any nonconformity or defect, and provide the electronic mail you used to place this order. Mail or other proof of purchase showing date of purchase. After our verification, if your product is still within the warranty period, you can apply for a return/refund/exchange/repair procedure. The shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will have to bear the return/exchange shipping costs yourself. Items must be returned in original packaging.
