Shipping policy

Taiwan Standard Shipping:

7-10 working days.

International Shipping:

3-4 weeks.

Modification matters:

If you are notified of a shipping time change at checkout, this time will be the current shipping time. If your product description contains an "estimated arrival date", we cannot guarantee this arrival date.

return policy:

You have 14 days from the time you receive the item to make a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused, must be in the same condition you received it, and must be in its original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for returns/refunds:

Downloadable software products

Electronic games

lens protective film

Anti-fog lens wipes

Third-party retailer orders

When completing a return, we will require proof of purchase, including your order number and the email address you used to place your order. If the item is still under warranty after our verification, you will be eligible for a return/refund. However, return shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will not accept any return request not made in accordance with this warranty policy.

Returns for international orders:

All orders placed outside of Taiwan are final sales and we do not accept returns or refunds on such orders.

Third-party orders:

If your order was not purchased on rebuffreality.com, please contact the retailer where you placed your order directly. We do not process return or exchange requests from any third party retailers.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your return item. We will also let you know if your refund is accepted.

If your refund request is accepted, your refund will be processed and the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method, usually within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received a refund after 5 working days, please first confirm with your financial institution or credit card company. An official refund may take some time to appear in your account. If you still have questions, please contact us: support@rebuffreality.com.

Specials (if applicable):

Only original priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale or with discounts are not refundable.

Replacement (if applicable):

We will only replace defective or damaged items. To request a replacement, please email support@rebuffreality.com and include your order number, the email address you used to order, and the reason for the return or list the specific issue with your order.

Return shipping:

When returning items, please send items to: 5304 SE Lapis Ct. Stuart, Fl, 34997 USA. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be based solely on the value of the item you are returning, but will not exceed the original price of your purchase.

If the value of the item you are returning exceeds $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service. If you have any shipping questions, please contact your shipping company directly. We do not guarantee shipping times for returns.
