Shipping and Returns
Shipping time:
Standard shipping in Taiwan takes 2-3 working days.
International shipping takes 1-2 weeks.
Modification matters:
If you are notified of a shipping time change at checkout, this time will be the current shipping time. If your product description contains an "estimated arrival date", we cannot guarantee this arrival date.
return policy:
You have 14 days from the time you receive the item to make a return or refund.
Please ensure that your item is brand new, unopened and in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for returns/refunds:
- Personal products (face masks, etc.)

- Downloadable software products
- Electronic games

- Anti-fog lens wipes
- Third-party purchasing orders
- Customized products (lenses, customized special specifications)
When completing a return, we will require proof of purchase, including your order number and the email address you used to place your order. If the item is still within 14 days of our verification, you will be eligible for a return/refund , but return shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will not accept any return request not made in accordance with this policy.
Returns for international orders:
All orders placed outside of Taiwan are final sales and we do not accept returns or refunds on international orders.
Third-party orders:
If your order was not purchased at https://duckbrostech.com/, please contact the retailer where you placed your order directly. We do not accept returns or exchanges from any third-party dealers.
Refund policy:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your return item. We will also inform you of the progress of your request for a refund.
If your refund request is accepted, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Delayed or non-received refund:

Specials:
Only original-priced products are eligible for refunds , while special-priced or discounted products are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange:
Our company only provides exchange service for defective or damaged goods . If you need to exchange, please send an email to duckbros.tech@gmail.com and provide your order number, the email address used when ordering, and the reason for return or list Specific questions about your order.
Return Shipping:
When returning goods, please send the goods back to Yabo Brothers Co., Ltd. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be based solely on the value of the item you are returning, but will not exceed the original price of your purchase.
