Taiwan standard shipping takes 7-10 working days.
International shipping takes 3-4 weeks.
If you are notified of a shipping time change at checkout, this time will be the current shipping time. If your product description contains an "estimated arrival date", we cannot guarantee this arrival date.
You have 14 days from the time you receive the item to return or refund the item.
Please ensure that your product is brand new, unopened and in its original packaging.
The following items are not accepted for return/refund:

- Third-party purchasing orders
- Customized products (lenses, customized special specifications)
When completing a return, we will require you to provide proof of purchase, including your order number and the email address used to place the order. If the item is still within 14 days after we verify it, you will be eligible for return/refund. However, return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns on international orders:
All orders placed outside of Taiwan are final sales and we do not accept returns or refunds on international orders.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the progress of your request for a refund.
If your refund request is accepted, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Delayed or non-received refund:
